Most teams start with an AI Readiness Audit to see where AI pays off, then commission the Brand OS build. Either way, you land on the same living source of truth.
Ready to build the system your team and your AI generate on-brand work from.

Brand OS Care Optional
A fractional creative director for your brand system. The Figma source stays yours to change at any time, and on a live connection those changes reach the AI straight away. Care is the slower loop on top of that: each month we review what the system made, turn your team's edits into rules, and keep the tokens and the current as the brand evolves. Care covers one workspace, and each further workspace we keep in sync is a quarter of the monthly fee.

Not sure which package fits?
Book a call and we'll talk it through, including whether you need us at all.
Either. The build produces one brand system and a packaged for both, so your team uses whichever they already pay for, and teams split across the two get the same brand out of each. The live connection to Figma works with Claude, and with ChatGPT on Business or Enterprise plans; on other plans your AI works from the exported token files instead. We confirm which plans you hold during scoping.
Will AI replace my design team?
No. The system takes the repetitive production off their plate so your designers spend their time on the work only people can do. A person still polishes the hero pieces and signs off anything that makes a regulated claim.
What if we don't have a brand yet?
Then we create one. Brand OS works whether your brand already exists and needs systematising, or needs building from scratch. Which path you're on is set during scoping.
Does the AI actually stay on-brand?
It generates on-brand by construction. Claude and ChatGPT read your real and rules straight from the Figma source, so consistency is the default rather than something to police. Expect around 80% of everyday assets on-brand in minutes, with a person polishing the rest.
What don't you automate?
The thinking. Brand strategy and positioning, logo and identity creation, naming, and the big creative calls stay with people, because they need taste, judgement and a point of view a machine doesn't have. What we automate is the repetitive production downstream of those decisions: the decks, social, email and everyday assets that simply need to be on-brand and out the door. The system is only ever as good as the brand and the thinking behind it, and that part is human.
Where does the human stay in the loop?
Throughout. A person owns the brand strategy and the system's setup, reviews and polishes the hero pieces, and signs off anything that makes a regulated or high-stakes claim before it ships. The AI handles the volume; a human keeps custody of the brand, deciding what's good enough to carry your name. You're never handing the brand to a machine, you're giving your team a faster way to make more of it, on-brand.
How is this different from pasting our guidelines into Claude or ChatGPT?
Pasting your guidelines into a chat gives it a copy of your brand, and that copy drifts the moment anything changes. Ótimo wires the AI to the live source instead: Claude and ChatGPT read your real tokens and rules straight from Figma through the , so it generates from the actual brand, not a summary of it. Most of the quality also comes from building the system properly in the first place, the AI is only ever as good as the brand behind it.
Which AI tools does it work with?
It's built around Claude and ChatGPT connected to Figma through the . Your also export to open formats, including , so the system isn't locked to a single tool and can travel with you.
What exactly is the MCP?
stands for Model Context Protocol, an open standard (created by Anthropic and now used across the industry) that lets an AI read directly and securely from a source like your Figma file. Instead of pasting your brand into a prompt, your AI connects to the live file through the and pulls the real colours, type, spacing and rules on every task. Nothing is copy-pasted and nothing goes out of date, which is why the output stays on-brand.
What are "design tokens" and the "Brand Context Pack"?
are your brand's raw ingredients, colours, type, spacing, corner radii and the like, saved as named values (for example "brand/primary = #1B1B1B") rather than a swatch in a PDF. The captures what tokens can't: your voice, your do's and don'ts, and any compliance rules, written so an AI can apply them. Together they are what let Claude and ChatGPT generate work that is unmistakably yours.
Can we keep using our existing brand platform?
Yes. Ótimo is Figma-native and tool-agnostic: your tokens export to open formats, so we can deliver on top of whatever platform you already use, Frontify, Corebook or similar, rather than locking you into a new one. The goal is to make your brand genuinely good as a system, wherever it lives.
Ownership and data
Who owns the brand system?
You do. The Figma file, the tokens, and the context pack all live in your workspace. Brand OS Care keeps them in sync as the brand evolves, it never holds them hostage.
Where does our brand data live, and is it secure?
In your own Figma workspace and accounts. You own it and control who has access. The connection reads from your source under your permissions, so your brand is never moved into a black box. For regulated work, a person reviews anything that makes a compliance claim before it ships.
What does the AI actually see?
Only what a task needs: your tokens, your voice rules and the brief, sent through your organisation's own Claude or ChatGPT account. We only connect the tools you've approved.
Is our brand used to train AI models?
Brand OS runs through your organisation's own Claude or ChatGPT account, so your brand is handled under the terms of that plan. We walk your team through those terms during setup, before anything is connected.
Can we take the system elsewhere?
Yes. The Figma file, the tokens and the Brand Skill are yours, and the tokens export to open formats, including , so the system isn't tied to one tool or to us.
Cost and timing
Is this a subscription or a licence?
Neither. You're paying for a human, not a licence. The AI Readiness Audit is a one-off, the Brand OS build is a one-off, and what we hand over is yours to keep and run with no ongoing fee. Brand OS Care is entirely optional: a fractional creative director on retainer, only if you want someone keeping the system and its AI layer current as the brand grows. No lock-in, no per-seat costs.
How long does it take?
Roughly: a Focused Audit takes about a week and an Enterprise Audit about two, a Foundation build is one to two weeks, a Core build is five to eight weeks, and an Enterprise build runs eight to twelve weeks or more.
What if we need a fix before the monthly review?
You don't wait for it. On Claude, or on ChatGPT Business and Enterprise, the live MCP connection reads your brand straight from Figma, so a token or a component you change today is what the next brief generates from. Teams on ChatGPT Plus or Pro work from the Brand Context Pack instead, and we refresh that whenever something material changes rather than holding it to the calendar. The monthly review is a different job. It is where we look at what your team has been correcting by hand and decide which of those corrections should become a rule, so they stop happening at all.
What counts as a workspace for Care?
One place we keep the system live: a Claude workspace, or a ChatGPT workspace. Most teams are on one. If yours is split across both, that's two, because each one needs the refreshed published into it and its output checked. Care covers one workspace, and each further one is a quarter of the monthly fee. We count them during scoping and write the number into the agreement.
What do you need from us to get started?
Not much: access to your existing brand assets (or a conversation about creating one), your Figma workspace, and a little time from whoever owns the brand. We handle the systematising, the tokens, the AI wiring and the setup, so you don't need anyone technical on your side.
When wouldn't we need you?
If you already have a lead with the time to structure the brand and keep it maintained, or you only need the occasional asset, you may be fine on your own. We'd rather say so on the first call. Who should pick what
